SteelTownStang
FRPP 3.73 gears, FRPP lowering springs, and FRPP differential girdle were installed today… Quick assessment on the mods: Gears (M-4209-F373N)- Big improvement over the OEM 3.31s. Pulling out in 1st is much smoother. 6th gear is actually useful now. The SC kicks in faster and it revs a little higher. I presume that it’ll guzzle more gas, but I already paid the tax, so guzzle away. The car feels lighter and faster. Overall, it’s definitely one the most noticeable performance mods done thus far. Springs (M-5300-L)- Nice drop, but not too far… about 1¼” and I suspect it’ll settle about another ¼”. Bye, bye 4X4, the car now has the “stands” that I was seeking. Ride is noticeably tighter, but similar to OEM in firmness. I’ll probably get the car realigned, but it seems to be tracking fine as is… (before and after pics below). Girdle (M-4033-G2)- Nice looking piece, however, it’s a shame that nobody will ever see it.

sfm6s1675
Looks very nice. I just installed 3.73s along with the FRPP diff cover last Friday. Agree 100%, the difference is extremely noticeable.

SteelTownStang
I was out today hitting the twisties and the car handles so much better. I'm amazed that springs alone have made such a difference without sacrificing ride comfort.
