Why has Shelby such a bad service??

I wonder why Shelby has so bad service. They newer answer a mail and when i send in for a membership they mail me back after some weeks: What do you have for email adress and t-shirt size. They can send me mail so i think they must have the adress. And i have now mailed theme the size three times but they still asking the same and does not answer the mail i send to theme.I have also tried buying parts to Sweden but they dont seems to be interested.Is it only me having bad luck? Now i buy everything from Champion Mustang they have the best service i ever seen they answer mail 24 hours a day.

Yes, I need to know what email address you are emailing SPP at?

 

Also if you could email me with your questions to sharone@shelbyamerican.com I can make sure all your answers get answered while we are figuring out why you are not getting responses.

Hi Anders. I have been emailing you for your shirt size and mailing address in Sweden, but for some reason have not gotten a response. Can you send me in a private message this information? On international membership payments, Paypal does not record this information, so we have to manually email each one. Please send me a private message so we can send out your member package. Thank you

I always have excellant luck when dealing with Shelby Performance Parts. I emailed Robert today and within 15 minutes I got a responce NOW THATS WHAT I CALL AWESOME SERVICE.

 

They serioulsy do a great job I would simply email Sharon before making a post like this.

its amazing that these wheels are always on back order and you guys cant come out with an 11in alcoa. everyone wants them in an 11in, im sure you will sell out the same as you are doing now

Anders, these usually take from 4-6 weeks and sometimes longer but being from Sweden maybe even longer than that.

 

If you don't recieve it by then you can PM Tim @ Shelby to ask for his help he goes under the screen name of : SINCITYKID.

The tooling and minimum orders are too high to make this practical. We are looking at other solutions though.

Time again bad service always the same.

This email i sent to To Tim Hill whats happened? Nothing!!

First thing,i sent a email to the store about the take off upholstery for GT 500 that you have for sale in the store and i wonder if its fit in my shelby gt 2008. The other thing is about Shelby GT valve covers that i ordered from Champion mustang about a month ago priced 309,99 at shelby store and now when you could deliver it we had to pay 389. I wonder why the price has gone, up i made a deal for the price 309 and i buy from champion because they have a fantastic service they answer email within 15 min 24 hour a day thats what i call service. I havent got any answer on an email from Shelby yet only when i right on the forum then you answer."

You realize that the amount of wheels that were sold that people are still buying them. Did you noticed that you can still continue to make the 10in because people are now buying the 10in for the fronts. There is a reason why you guys have not made the investment to go with the bigger size, maybe you have not made the money back from the first tooling. These high power shelbys need bigger rear tires and bigger rear wheels. Its terrible that you guys have not figured this out yet.

Have spp come out with a 12in wheel and you will see how many you sell

Are you entering "timh@shelbyamerican.com"? I have never received an email from you. There is obviously a problem with getting emails from you. I am not sure why the price of the valve covers has gone up. What in particular can I help you with?

Damn Tim, when did you start getting in at 0630?

You're welcome. I think the only method that may have topped that speed would be setting up a big cannon and literally firing your membership material at you. I think it resulted in a bit more accuracy to let FedEx handle it though LOL

Yes i have read it and i asked 2 question and he answered one of them with:"I dont know" what a good answer ,normally is to sell for the price to theme who has placed an order i think. Its fantastic that nobody still havent answered my email not Tim and not the Shelby store!!!! Thats rock!!!!!
