BAD500Chris
Nice. What's the exhaust part? I need to quiet mine down... I actually added the 2011 mustang GT resonators to mine. Placed them after the H pipe. maybe a 15-20% decrease in volume when cruising

I just put LTs & cats on a customers 2011 GT500, its a touch loud with the factory 2.75" exhaust/H pipe/stock mufflers. I think the new exhaust setup for 11s lends itself to being louder. That was one of my suggestions to him, get the over the axle tubes from a GT and bolt them in. I have a 3" catback though so I don't want to use anything smaller than that. Is your whole exhaust 3" or just the catback. If it's just the catback you can place the resonators after the midpipe connector so your exhaust moves from 2.5" (midpipe) > 2.75" (resonator) > 3" (catback). No restriction. BAD500Chris
The answer to "why" is because for those who like to race at the track a lot, E85 is cheap race gas. (104 octane) Which allows for higher boost and safely advancing the timing. E85 (in northern CA) is currently right around 2.80 per gallon, while race gas is more than 9 bucks a gallon. The cost may vary depending on how your current fuel setup is, the trick is you need to push 30-45% more fuel through your system, so (for me, mostly stock) it's only going to cost me 80lb injectors and a BAP. (close to 800 bucks + a re-tune) If you really want to go nuts just get a return-style setup (1500 from lethal) with big injectors. The only downfall to E85 is that it's not available everywhere. dbowles22
What are the cons to running E85? I've been thinking about running it in my truck but I don't know anything about it?
