OK so my question then is if you repaint a trunk lets say for example...and it gets more yellowish than the remaining body panels from the factory, is that a defect of the additional clear? Yes, Randy, I am 100% sure. Any top notch paint shop should be able to match it 100%. If a cheap clear is used or a different type, it can yellow. Thats what I was thinking...my only experience working with automotive paint was the type made by the Lac Bug.
