2011 Shelby Super Snake

All right guys I need some help here. I am considering two options...

 

1. Is to buy the Super Snake package around 30-35k on top of the base price, which I already have the GT500 SVTPP or

 

2. Just get the 2.9L Whipple 750hp kit which is around 6k or so installed and I was looking at buying the 2011 SVT Raptor Crew Cab with the extra cash I would save from not getting the Super Snake.

 

This is my dliemma, (a good one to have I think)

 

Is there a real advantage overall in getting the SS? Or can the SVTPP handle the extra HP(meaning will it still handle well with that much HP)?

The Supersnake is a good option if you already have plans to get 2.9L Whipple, rims, tires, brakes, lowered suspension, cat back, painted rockers/ diffuser/ louvers, CF hood and splitter, heat exchanger and rad with the possibility of selling it down the road its a great idea because unlike doing it your self you actually added value since its a numbered Supersnake which will still bring in the big bucks unlike people who do it themselves.

 

If you don't care about loosing money in the long run and honestly dont want/ need the things the SS comes with then DIY and get a Raptor.

Super snake is waste of money in my opinion!! You pay ton load of money and what do u get???

A hood,wheels, supercharger and some engine nice looking caps??? if u want suspension u pay extra anything else extra lol.

Its all because its made at shelby and signed by carroll shelby. The parts they put is not even close to 30 grand.

AFTER YOU PAY ALL THIS NO WARRANTY SERIOUSLY WTF. There is no value when u want to sell i've seen 09 with 2k goes for 50k lol

If you witnessed the 900hp long tube headered SS getting dyno'd at the bash you would have your answer...Holy Crap is all I can say....sounded very very very evil...

 

Having SA do the work will make a difference to serious car guys 20 nyears from now and quite frankly I think its just cooler. Call Roger now! and think 900HP!!!!!!
