EL SHELBY
I'm real curious how this works out. He says he's covered the knock back by floating the caliper but I would be concerned about the bias. http://truforums.com/showthread.php?632-four-pot-rear-brakes Edited January 19, 2011 by EL SHELBY
TheKurgan
IMO it's overkill and yes I would be worried about the bias too. No way all that weighs less than the stock rear calipers. The Brembo calipers are very heavy. Edit: Actually I know who that guy is and yes he does have skills, but I still think it's overkill. EL SHELBY
Absolutly its overkill. The BOSS 302R runs the stock brakes calipers on the rear end. But this is still pretty cool if he can pull it off safely.
FordRocks1
I apologize ahead if time but what does the term Bias mean?

EL SHELBY
I apologize ahead if time but what does the term Bias mean? Bias can refer to several aspects of brakes. I'm referring to the balance of clamping force between the front and rear. Too much rear brake in comparison to the front can result in unbalanced handling. Basically creating a drift car. If you're interested in a more technical explaination then check-out the following; http://www.stoptech.com/tech_info/wp_brakebiasandperformance.shtml
kahmann
That is some serious skill. Very nice looking indeed, however impractical it might be.
