Now I am concerned

I renewed a few weeks ago and now I am not able to read certain 'protected forums'. I've got the emailed receipt that my renewal was sucessful, but apparently something has not gone right. Help!

Thanks for the info. Since I don't have access to protected areas (members only) of the forums, I wasn't sure where to find the information.
