Well in that thread I was asking the usual T/A time. In this one im pretty much saying its bullshi* that cant return an email or fill an order in 2 months. But you can delete this one if you want too. I paid well over $1000 for one order and still havent got an email with at least an update. They are nice on the phone but thats tripes on my car done inabout all you get. Plus my wifes order was a license plate cover and antenna cover. I mean if you cant fill orders and your that over worked either hire help or tune people away. I was gonna get the stripes on my car done in carbon but I wouldnt do it know even if they offered to pay me to put the shit on.

So do I it is so frustrating. I think the deal with my wife and her order for Christmas for me kinda sent me over the edge.I mean I am going to get my Supersnake wheels before I get the stuff from raceskinz and I ordered them 6 weeks later and the rims had to be made. They always say well were busy with car shows and the holidays. Well everyone is busy with the holidays. I know this happens but at least an email saying hey man were sorry but we will get you your stufff we apoligize this is what JLT done on my carbon rear panel. Ask them I havent said one bad word to them in fact I praise them in email

Call them. Anytime I have issues with anyone I call direct rather than wait for the emails.

 

 

JLT does not make their rockers, they simply have stock from other manufacturers.

 

 

 

 

Everything is hectic business/shipping wise during the holidays. I've got plenty of orders from numerous vendors that are out partying somewhere. :dance:

Everytime we call we get told we will get called back and never do so I gave up. I dont mind waiting on mine I just know my poor wife went though hell trying to get her order here on time.. Oh well those carbon stripes I was gonna order I just wont.lol

Well Mike and I finally got to talk today and we got everything worked out. I let him know that it wasnt the time period of the order it was the fact that no one would email me back and tell me anything and he agreed with that. I even told him if he had people that were mad wanting their stuff really bad to bump them ahead of me. After we talked and realized it was just we were missing each other through email it was all good. he is trying and has had some problems and i can relate to that and I respect that and I respect the fact he had the guts to admit he should have emailed me. It takes a bigger man to admit when hes wrong then when hes right and I thought that was cool of him. So those stripes for the Shelby will be ordered when I get the cash. I think we may have even worked something out that when I get all my carbon and my new wheels on I do some photos for them. But anyway I wanted to bump this and let everyone know they fixed the problem like real prfoessionals should!

I wouldn't have expected anything less from them. Great group of guys that always do the best they can. I've had the pleasure of dealing with them on numerous occasions over the years.
