Looking for new rear tires, larger diameter

I am looking for a new set of rear tires for my 2008 GT500.

 

But I would like something a little larger in overall diameter. Stock seems to be about 26 inches, woulg like to go to 27 inches +.

 

I do not want a drag tire must be for street only.

 

Any ideas????

I also have an 08. I would look at the tire and rim combo from an 11. I believe the rim size is 19 inches and the new Goodyears and their new tread design are suppose to provide good traction. Talked to an 11 owner and he seemed happy with them.
