2BIGFRED
I am going to have to get new tires too since im going from 18 to 20. My question is what are you guys running on your Shelbys? Its not a daily driver and doesnt see rain or snow. I will sell my foose wheels with tires also if anyone is interested when I get new ones. The tires look almost brand new.
jmn444
LOVE the CS40's, considered getting a set, but would have had to paint them black and didn't want the hassle.... My rim and tire sizes and brands are in my sig... Since adding the blower, the rears are melting quick, but otherwise I've been happy with them and doubt that any tire would live much longer the way I've been driving it.... It's been fairly cold out since the whipple, so waiting till warm weather to see if they actually hook worth a shit before buying another set! 2BIGFRED
What are the best sites to order these from for some good prices? I have looked at the Shelby store ebay and champion Mustang. So far ebay was the lowest at $1,130 I think it was for all 4 rims. NEW

1965coupe
I considered those after seeing them on another SGT. But I'm still obsessed with 20" Alcoa KR rims.. those are first on my list. Just too much money right now.

FordRocks1
Bigfred those will look hot on your SGT, I see you want decent tires but what will you be doing with the car will determine what kind of tires you should get. I hear Nitto Invos are decent for 20's and everyday driving but the Nitto NT555R will hook pretty good but not all that in the rain or comfort/quietness. 2BIGFRED
Anymore opinions on tires for when I get my wheels? My friend owns a tire store and gives me tires at his costs so money isnt really an issue unless there like $1000 a tire... lol
2BIGFRED
I started looking on the site today and these are the ones for me Shelby GT500 Alcoa "SuperSnake wheels powdercoated black. I love these in powdercoated black oh man these are the ones. I know I will have to get center caps and I assume lug nuts correct?
kahmann
I think 20's are too big for these cars, regardless of the make/model of rim. That being said, the CS69's are great looking rims. As for tires, I highly recommend the Toyo RA1 or R888. However, the tread life is pretty bad, since they're a DOT racing tire. Nothing compares on the street to the traction they offer though. For a good all around performance tire, look into the Proxes 4, the new Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercars, or the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2. Good luck.
