DubbsFaris Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 The Shaker 1000 sub box in the trunk is MUCH heavier than the Kicker sub box. The other speakers are not. So if you have a Shaker 500, you will be adding weight, but if you have a shaker 1000 it will take away some weight and give you more usable trunk space.
