2010KonaBlueGT Posted December 1, 2010 Report Share Posted December 1, 2010 I was asked to research the information for draining and flushing and filling the supercharger cooling system: The following information is somewhat reletive to your information as it pertains to the supercharger maintenence schedule. I was looking through the servce manuals for the 2011 GT500 and noticed something on the supercharger OILING system maintenence. It says the superchargers are replaced as a unit and are not serviceable. It mentions the oil in the gear drive box and that the oil is good for the LIFE OF THE (SC) UNIT and never needs to be replaced. I wonder if that applies to the Whipple 2.9L supercharger too, since it has a sight glass and the ability to service it (a fill plug but I'm not sure about a drain plug).
