2008GT-C
I tried to buy my Shelby an early Christmas present. I was informed that the gauge pod assembly was out of stock and sold out. When will this item get restocked? Why could I not purchace the item now and receive it when it comes in? On a bright note I did order a oil gauge adaptor to go with the gauge pod assembly. Money to burn and Shelby does not want it. - Kevin
SGT0128
Did you check out the Auto Meter version. It looks like it's a better attachment solution?? http://www.autometer.com/cat_mounts.aspx
DubbsFaris
A lot of the dealys and out of stock items is a problem with vendors. Had a friend order a spec clutch directly from Spec, and there was STILL a 6 week delay getting it. Its like that everywhere.

We do not wish to take your money on a promise of when a part will arrive when we're at the mercy of a supplier. If you would like, we'll honor the 15% off at a later time when the part is back in stock - not a problem. It's not that we not want your money - we want satisfied customers. 2008GT-C
Thank you Robert for replying. I was under the impression that if it was out of stock you could not have a paid backorder purchaced with a discount. I understand why companies do not keep many things in stock due to things like taxes like is done in the state of CT where I reside. Most dealerships in CT get their stuff from NY. It's just that I am like a kid in a toy store and the guy in front of you just bought the last Hotwheels I wanted in the store. How would I let your sales staff know that I tried to buy earlier and obtain the discount? - Kevin I did see that Autometer does sell one similar to the one in the Shelby store at a lower rate but the gauges are not the Shelby Signature Gauges. I have the Shelby car, SC upgrade and wheels I might as well keep swimming to the deep end and buy the gauges also.

I don't regret buying my Razors. It changed the whole look of the car. - Kevin
