I did a search, so I apologize if I missed this topic.

 

What oil weight did Hertz use on the GTH07? What weight should be used. Just a regular GT oil change?

I use 5w20 Mobil 1, that the weight stated in the Shelby GT supplement, and a Ford racing oil filter but remember oil brand is up in the air, I was sold by the fact that it is the most factory fill used on the planet but to each his own.

i use mobil 1 as well. what do you guys think about full synthetic? i have not used it in the shelby's but just put in the mach 1.

I use it but given the choice the Ford semi-synth is pretty good as well but is not available in canada only the fully so if given a choice I will use Mobil 1.
