gth0007
Are the selling prices of the 2006 GT-H coupe heading upward ?? Ebay selling prices seem to be increasing. One just sold for over $33,000, a second is bid to over $30,000 with over a day left on the auction, and a third car just listed has an over $30,000 "Buy It Now" price with a bid of over $23,000 already. Mileage on the first two is below 15,000, so nice cars for sure. Maybe not a trend yet but is nice to see the over $30,000 numbers.

A lot has to do with the car, right buyer(s) at the right time, and as things improve economy more potential buyers enter the market. I don't think we'll get back to where they were, like houses, for a very long time, but we seem to be out of the free fall anyway, maybe better than houses in that regard. That said I do see more and more GT500's in the $34k-$38K range so that's a little disappointing but maybe the nature of things given the numbers etc. I hope they don't go up too much! I'd love to get one myself...but suffer from that syndrome that I have too many cars I'd like to get and not enough garage or money right now to get them all. Oh well...in the end, if I had one, I wouldn't care about selling it anyway.
jgib627
I agree.. I watch out for the few 06's that do come up for sale from time to time and it does seem like the price of our cars have at least stabilized and at times risen. I Thought this would eventually be the case though with the 06 Hertz for many reasons.. History, very low production numbers etc. I Love all the Shelbys but wouldn't trade mine for any other! I believe ours are the ones to watch.. Jon
gene64cobra
would be nice to see the 06's settle in the mid 40's.

I have been informally tracking the prices on e-bay since early August. I am sure that this is not a complete list of all the GT-H cars that come up for sale. Notice only 2 have sold (on line, anyway) that I tracked. The yellow highlights are cars that have come up for sale at least 2 times. I kind of disagree that prices are on the rise-more like the asking price is on the rise (not a bad trend), but only cars-2- with very low mileage seemed to sell. Anyway thought you would be interested. If anyone has more updated info on these cars Please share. Rich

Rich My post was referring to the 2006 coupes, the 2007 convertible's Ebay selling prices are still eratic. Two coupes have just sold on Ebay for over $30,000, and a higher mileage (over 30,000) ended at $28,000 something. As stated, not enough for a trend, just nice to see the 2006 coupes bringing over $30,000 again.
