Wrong Order Returns

I ordered a set of redline hood struts for my GT-500 from SPP. They sent me the wrong one, and I called in, received a RMO, and shipped the parts back to Shelby promptly. I followed up with a call to confirm the right parts are in fact in stock, and they are. I'm waiting patiently and still no return shipment of my parts. I understand issues like this happen, but I would expect immediate return shipment. Is this normal?
