Ford Service Rep told me the rear interior panels fade pretty fast.

Anyone experience fading to the interior? Is there a "treatment" to prevent fading?

Besides leaving the top up and tinted windows?

The only wear visible on my vert is the driver's seat where I rub my big butt getting in and out of it. Interior seems to be holding up well......

Same here, no issues with anything fading.

Same with mine, but I got a skinny butt. Alright, alright a medium size butt.

Interior is holding up well, only problems I've had have been with the drivers door panels rattling under heavy bass.

 

I do my interior a couple three times a year with Kiwi Saddle Soap, and Lexol conditioner and normal cleaning with ICE Interior. It's stays mostly in the garage or hangar when flying. But it's been bombed pretty hard by birds, but it's not do any damage.

Aerospace Protectant!

 

It truly lives up to the hype. I picked it up at a marine shop for about $15 a bottle. Best thing I have found to protect vinyl, leather, and plastic. My glass roof is covered in perforated vinyl, and this stuff really saves it from the angry Arizona sun. There are several posts on here about how fantastic it works on vinyl stripes too.

 

Best of all, it is NOT shiny. I cannot stand a shiny dashboard!

I have some fading on the tops of the back panels, major fading on the boot,and the sun visors I might get one more season before they are gone(like the fabric has completely disappeared). Seats are great have the Shelby up grade. I do have a bit of fading on the centre council plastic (you can notice the replacement radio colour difference). 34000 miles and the top is only up in the rain.

The only items fading on my 07 vert are both sun visors.....have really been faded by the sun,,,

Got an 08' and only problem seems to be the top of the door panels.
