08SGT1977
Congratulations. Is there anything different from the Hot Rod crate engine and a base 4.6L upgraded with the Hod Rod Cams and CNC Heads (the whole 350hp upgrade kit for Mustang GTs)? Thanks. I ordered the Shelby heat exchanger (and driving lights) for my GT/SC upgrade as well.

I ordered the Shelby heat exchanger (and driving lights) for my GT/SC upgrade as well. The FRPP Hot Rod 4.6L engine comes with the FRPP cams and blue valve covers. It has the stock heads. These engines pretty much max-out at 500 RWHP without doing substantial internal upgrades. You might gain another 30hp with the heads, but it was not an expensive I found necessary for my speed addiction considering it would be a minimal 5-7% increase in horsepower. My GT/SC dynoed in Las Vegas, with the Revan heat exchanger, at 503 RWHP. I'm totally good with that and how it performs. :happy feet:
