Why no instructions?????

My question is why are all these mods going out with no instructions. Everyday I look at TS and somebody is asking for instructions for some mod they ordered from TS. I think this is something that should be looked into, seems to me to be one of the major complaints we have here all the time.

+100 The only thing I have received with instructions from SPP is the brake duct kit. The rest have all been delivered with no instruction.

I have seen this mentioned several times. In addition, they should post the instructions online such as Steeda and others do, for each product requiring such.

Just a note about Steeda. I've usually had good service from them until recently. I bought a $600 roll bar from them and had the following issues: No instructions, so poorly packaged that the powder coating was scratched everywhere, no mention about how the seats rear travel is reduced by several inches, poor fitment as the bar rubs the headliner. A roll bar is a pretty straight forward installation but it would have been nice to give a little more detail as this was a bar made specifically for the 2005-2010 Mustang coupes. Back to the packaging, they used extra wide clear packing tape and it was several layers thick and was put directly on the painted / powder coated bar, it took over 2 hours to remove the packaging and clean all off the tape glue. Another otherwise good vendor, Summit Racing, took over 4 months to ship a tachometer.Just an opinion, but I've actually had much better luck with the Shelby Store.
