Front air-splitter pops loose

I was looking under the front of my car today and noticed the plastic shield that extends from the splitter to a cross member had come loose on the passenger side and was hanging down. I jacked the car up and was able to pop the panel back in place with the heel of my hand but it doesn't seem very secure. I think this could be an on going problem without a more substantial way of connecting this piece to the cross member, Anyone else have this happen? When you push up on the panel the entire lower half of the front fascia moves.

All the screws are there, the passenger side just won't secure.

edit: it's stripped out. :finger:

I've zipped tied hoses in 3 locations, that being one. The other 2 are up top. I secured the same hose, as it runs vertically, to one of the freon lines. Also, the top radiator hose that runs across the engine just below the s/c coolant tank hose has enough play in it that, under hard acceleration, it can contact the serpentine belt. I secured it to the s/c coolant line.

I have all 3 screws in place but it still popped loose. The hose is lying on it and contributes to its tendency to want to come loose. I will try to get the weight of the hose off of it but I still think additional fasteners may be needed. Someone with access to a lift check it out and let us know if you have any solutions. Thanks.

interesting thread ... when i jacked my shelby up for its first oil change my passenger side air defuser was hanging low too.

The bolt and pinch nut came loose so i just got a different nut and bolt and reattached it . Zip ties would work too
