Hi Guys,

If either of you are interested in an extra pair of wheels with M & H Drag Radials mounted and ready to go, refer to Craig,s List, San Francisco Bay Area, Car Parts, Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 Tires and Wheels. I have been running these at Infineon Raceway and have run a best time of 12.02 @ 115mph. I'ver done this with 3.73 gears and the FRPP CAI w/tune. The tires make all the difference.

I'm going to end up going with some 305/40-18 555r's for the street. Then run 305/45-18s at the track.

I wanted to hit 11s on the stock airbox, but with a pulley/FRPP intake/tune ready to go, its hard to stay un-modded...

Hi, So from your mph, it looks like you have about 30 more ponies under the hood then I do. Would you mind listing the mods on your car when you made the pass at 118 mph. Thanks, I'm always trying to learn something new.

Currently my only mods are:

Steeda adj LCAs, J&M UCA/Panhard Bar, 18" Steeda Ultra-lite Black rims, Custom built H-pipe/Muffler delete kit w/3.5" tips, FRPP 4.10s, Steeda Tri-ax Short-throw shifter.

I only weigh about 140lbs.

I have the 1000 shaker in the trunk.

Ran the time with about 5/8 Gas in the tank

Still on the stock tires 285/35-18 and hitting about 6100rpm at the trap in 4th gear.

What gears are you running Rob? I'm a huge fan of the 4.10s, they really help launch this 4000lb boat off the line. The best I could do before the gear change on the stock tires was 2.25 60'. and my best of that night was 1.91 with just the gear change. And I still managed 22mph on the way home!
