You can call it another day in the office, but I call it lucky. My dad works at a Ford dealership here on Long Island and they just got an allocation for a 2011 Shelby GT500. He told me to post this on TS to put the word out there that his Ford dealership is ordering a 2011 GT500 and to see if anybody here is interested in the car.

 

Here are some interesting things to keep in mind when you go to call about the GT500 contact number is below the page:

 

The car is going to come sometime in November, so you have time to call and ask about the car and have it ordered the way you want it to be ordered.

 

The dealership WILL have this car custom ordered for you so if you want a stripe color that you want or something, the dealership will have that ordered or possibly done for you.

 

and here's something that will make it more tempting to buy, my dad was being honest about this and I think it's a great time to take advantage of it; if you are a Team Shelby member here on the site, he says that he will DISCOUNT the GT500 for those who are interested in the car.
