RUFDRAFT
Whoa! We got a new header up top here! Very cool, Sir Robert!! Mark - what size and brand tires have you put on. Have you heard anything negative about the BFG-KDW's? I was going to buy GoodYear Eagle F1-GS03 - but they don't make a 285x40x18.
moabman
I'm running the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 255/45ZR18s. Heard nothing but good things about the KDWs. They are supposed to be a little louder than the Michelins and better on dry but a little less on wet. In short - a great tire.
RUFDRAFT
Apparently, you feel that a 255 rear tire will be enough for you with the blower?
moabman
The Whipple is a couple of months off. I'll see how the 255s perform. I may have to go to a stagger but for now, I'm still experimenting.

Ruf, I have the BFG KDW's on my 90 GT. 245/40/18 in the front and 265/40/18 in the rear. Absolutely love the tires, so much so I'm getting them for the 07 GT. :happy feet:
RUFDRAFT
That's good enough for me! Thanks, 90! They're on the way. Maybe 10-12 days until the re-birth of the Rufstang. Killin' me over here! :banana piano:

Killin' me over here! :banana piano: It will be soon enough, then you will be back in the saddle again!!! :happy feet: I'm waiting for warmer weather so I can begin doing my mods. With the threat of a major snow storm early next week it looks like I'll be waiting a little longer.
moabman
This weather is a major bummer! We did have a good couple of days last week but now its cloudy and 50 again. I'm trying to set my car up more as a road car than a dragger but like I said, I'm still experimenting.
