Job #2 starts 8/16? Any word on more/changes for the GT500?

Whatever the case, congrats to Ford for doing an almost "real-time" build-update. That is cool, although it really screws with market-value, etc. as a 2011 Feb. model isn't necessarly as nice as a 2011 Dec. model.

No necessarily so. It's just adding more options and any of the fixes can be addressed through a TSB.
