ilmor Posted August 1, 2010 Report Share Posted August 1, 2010 A buddy and I were having this same conversation the other day. It really makes no sense to pay the high European prices anymore. Even in racing, look at the Grand Am Continental Tire series and watch the Mustangs overtake the BMW's and Porsches on the road courses, and that includes years past before the 5.0 came out (and which really isn't doing much better than the 4.6 in those races, so far anyway - probably a weight thing...).
