The show brings in 700-750 cars and let me tell you there are some absolutely gorgeous cars at this show. If you don't plan on entering your car at least come down and check out the show. Sunday September 26, 9:00am to 4:00pm in Downtown Livermore. Cars usually start rolling in around 5:30am. aonebadbone
What a great show much money was raised for charity every year from the Altamont Cruisers. This year was no different. It was however a very early day. We got to the show at 4:30. So if you cant get out of bed like the big dogs than there may be some parking in the back 40. More than 600 cars were in the show. Every make and model were there some new to the very old. It wasn't as hot as you might had thought.. there was plenty to do and see the food in Livermore is the best. How about the Donut Wheel open 24/7. Larry found a burrito place that he said was to die for. Tom, Aaren and I went to the Aile House foe breakfast Tom realty enjoyed his omelet. there was music everywhere. Lots of raffle prizes and a 50/50 drawing worth 700 to the winner cash. We had shade for all but 2 hours in the morning. This show is held every year in September. If you didn't go you missed out on a great time. Next year we could really make a impression if we could fill up the side of the street.. I would post photos but you just had to be there to take it all in for yourself. Thanks again to Aggie and Scott for hooking us up with the PRIME parking. The Bone

As much as I hate to get up early it's so worth it, not to mention Scott & I had to work. I was sponsor chair for the show this year and I was very proud to be a part of it. Look forward to this show again next year..... I am also going to make some suggestions at the next meeting to add some late model awards. They allow all years but I don't feel they acknowledge them enough with awards. Since I am a member I am not allowed to be judged, just there for the fun. I saw some very very nice late models there this year and I think they need to be acknowledged, so stay tuned..... Aggie
