SHELBYCS6
Just checked today and Evolution was shipping my 94 octane tune and the S/C & idler pulley's.. They claim 100 + rwhp...we shall soon see... Also just received today my Ford Racing strut tower brace and have it installed. Waiting for the Shelby quarter window scoops and block-off plates. The only place you'll see +100RWHP is on their dyno. It's not the same as it was with the 07-09. The car already comes with a lot more power stock. I'll say you'll be in the 510-530RWHP range depending on the type of dyno and conditions.

Those 100 + rwhp are the numbers they are posting for the 2010 but I'm allways a wait and see type of guy..lol.. My first dyno runs with 500km on the vehicle produced 457 rwhp which is right in the range of the 540 fwhp Ford indicates. If I can get in the 530 rwhp range for $1000.00 I'll be really happy.......it cost me about $8,000.00 to squeeze under 175 hp from the CS6 so I'll take what I can get.... I hope to have some hard numbers before Woodward and their track day to see what I can keep on the asphalt
PistolWhip
I have a 2.65 upper and 90mm idler sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. I'm hoping that with that, an O/R X, Magnaflow axle back and L&M throttle body I can get to the 540-550 RWHP range. Maybe I'm expecting too much? Jon Lund does the tune for Evolution performance....they hold several records for different GT-500 vehicles so I put my money on them this go round..but>>> My local tuners whom are well versed Mustang guys both did very well with tuning my CS6.. .I left the bad boy to the specialists.. Jon Lund is the guy that matters here. Without them Evo is just another parts installer like anyone else. I'm sure you'll be happy with the tune. Just don't expect the lofty numbers Evo throws out. PistolWhip
Matt Hill (Matt Hill Motorsports) tunes my cars. He's been tuning my cars since the first car I owned that I couldn't tune myself (00 Mustang GT). I won't be running a canned tune, it will be a dyno tune and most likely we'll make two or three for different fuel and conditions.
