mywickedshelby
my wife Dale bought me a custom made shifter ball.....with my csm number on it.and I wanted to change out the original white Hurst shifter ball... do I just wrench that nut under the ball where it meets the shifter? and then unscrew the ball? is there anything I need to know before I start? just wanting to make sure I dont need a special tool or something like that before I attempt this. thanks in advance for your help. JeffIsHereToo
like this knucklehead..... That's nice! :happy feet: Where did she get that? As for how...it's been posted...let me see if I can find. Ok...it looks like the removal process would be to slightly turn the nut to relieve pressure on the ball, then spin off the ball. Check out the Hurst Install here...looks as if that's it! http://www.fordmuscle.com/archives/2006/02/HurstShifter/index2.php
