I know this is widely used for addressing corrossion related to aluminum wiring junctions. http://www.idealindustries.com/products/wire_installation/accessories/noalox.jsp Bought some Gardner Bender GB Ox-Guard Anti-Oxidant compound at Ace Hardware.
