thewheelman
I got a Covercraft Pocket Pod for the inside of my trunk lid for Christmas. I waited until warm weather to install it. Followed the directions precisely, cleaned the lid, held my mouth right and everything! It's been in about a month, maybe 5 weeks. Not overloaded--no where near the limit. All I have in it is a pair of gloves, first aid kit, AA flashlight, note pad and ink pen and a couple of hand towels. See pics below.....what do I do now? I've about decided to cover the double stick tape with 3M trim tape and put it back.......anyone else have a problem with these sticking??? Thanks! I ended up having to relocate it a bit. I don't think I got it installed quite right the first time. I had it set to high on the trunk lid. I moved it down an left a bit, since then it has stuck with no problems.
thewheelman
If you re-installed it, what did you use for the double stick tape? Did you strip all the old off? I think I'll go back with 3M molding tape......
