ratnacage
What freakin' idiot. Did anyone else catch the pictures of the twin paxton superchargers on some old carburated engine (at least I think that's what they are) ? Couldn't even be bothered to find model-specific pictures. The photo of the twin Paxton's looks like the motor in Carrol Shelby's Supersnake Cobra that sold last week at Barrett Jackson for 5 mil.

crispy23c
He says: The black car VIN #1. It sold for $600,000 on Saturday! Then he says: First time ever Courtesy Ford is offering Vehicles for wholesale prices to the public. Yet he wants an opening bid of $45,000. That's not wholesale. What a jackhole...no wonder he has no bids.....everyone is scared...

He doesn't have a clue on the car and their dealership is allocated 4 due to the number of dealerships they own. All are coming in Black and 5 speeds. He said you couldn't order an automatic in the car. I told him that I ordered one in November and its coming with an automatic in it. And that I can't wait... Gary First the car started out with a $50,000.00 starting bid--- then last nite they changed it to a starting bid of $40,000.00 now the starting bid is $45,000.00. WTF??? They have no clue!!!!!!! mad103
Ok....I am out of the loop here. So will the GT-H no longer be available to rent at Hertz? Will they ALL be sold out to buyers? Does that not defeat the H idea of the GT-H? I am confused
Dakota
It is my understanding Shelby made 500 units for Hertz. Once they get to a certain mileage from renting, they are being sold to dealers, either directly or through auctions. I haven't heard anything about H models for the upcoming model years. crispy23c
Last I heard, there was a possibility of more -Hs for Hertz. They even liked the -H convertible concept @ SEMA. That is the last word I heard....funny, I was wondering about that just yesterday....must be time for some pot-stirrin'!
mad103
Man, Considering that they will disappear, is it worth Renting? It is $200.00 with 75miles/day. I love Shelby and I always thought I would rent or try one but they are expensive BUT time and chance are running out!
crispy23c
The car got no bids. It has been relisted (same start price of $45,000) has 1 day left and no bids this time. Maybe if he was starting the auction at sticker he would get some action. Has he/she got a brain?
