COBRA SCOTTY
WELL AFTER TRYING TO GET SAI TO POST A STICKY TO HELP BRING THE 18 INCH ALCOA'S TO PRODUCTION I FINALLY GAVE IN TO BUYING SOME 20 INCHERS. SO HERE THEY ARE WITH SOME NITTO 555 ; 255/35ZR/20'S IN FRONT AND 285/30ZR/20'S IN BACK. I HAVE PUT ABOUT 120 MILES ON THEM AND THEY ARE SUBSTANCIAL PROVIDING ALL THE TRACTION THAT 497 RWHP NEEDS. SO HERE'S SOME QUICK PIC'S !!!

DrKSGT
Scott, Very good looking just wonder about the ride. I have serious doubts on giving up the rubber with the roads around here. Do not like chance of wheel getting damaged. Too bad there are not many options for 18" wheels from Shelby that allow the bigger brake. Hope you can get the car back to Michigan some time. COBRA SCOTTY
Thanks for all the compliments guys. I thought that the ride quality was going to be rough with having a lower profile tire on the 20's , however I was very pleased to find out that was not the case. The ride quality is very close to the 18" svt wheels with the Goodyear F1. Thanks Again guys !!! Scotty

I installed the 20 in. cs40 wheels and didn't notice any difference in the ride. I'm sure if you took a test with the 18 and 20's back to back on a rough road , you would probably be able to tell the difference but just every day driving i don't think you could tell the difference. The 20's look better and you don't have to be picky about brakes. Great looking wheels Scotty. Kenneth

COBRA SCOTTY
Thanks Swede n Rick ; I am really happy with the Resto Mod look I have completed. However that deep draw hood , headers ,shelby h.e and couple other modds will fulfill my shelby mod shop wish list once and for all. Whenever that time comes ; when SAI is done with all the GT350 cars. Scotty
