2010 GT500 Started Overheating Today

Thanks Michael. I looked in the owners manual to see which fuse went to the fan. It looked like it was blown. Took it to local Ford place. Sure enough, fuse was blown. Replaced fuse and everything is back to normal.

One thing I noticed is these cars run REALLY hot. Even with the dual fan heat exchanger installed the car is still hot as hell under the hood.

 

 

I installed a Reische Performance Thermostat on mine and it stays consistently cool. :happy feet:

I heard cooler thermostats dont really do much, they open at a lower temp but your car will still run to its normal temperature and the fans will still come on at the commanded temp.

Hey pal, might want to check with JJ to see if he can program the fans to come on earlier in the tune he gave you....
