03 DSG Snake
I always thought you wanted a cheap splitter since it is bound to get messed up. KR and Super Snake GT500s both have Carbon pieces. I've been very good to my stock splitter and it still looks factory fresh. Only reason it was replaced once was due to a moronic alignment shop and poor ramps.
chuckstang
The 2010 SS carbon fiber splitter looks the best and is real CF The SS is larger, sticks out farther and hangs a bit lower, and looks simply bad asssssssssssssssssssssssssss But the cf loook is nicer than the cheap plastic but over priced
2010KonaBlueGT
The 2010 SS carbon fiber splitter looks the best and is real CF The SS is larger, sticks out farther and hangs a bit lower, and looks simply bad asssssssssssssssssssssssssss But the cf loook is nicer than the cheap plastic but over priced I looked at more than a few 2010 Super Snakes during my last visit to SAI LV. I didn't see much, if any difference in the SS spltter vs. the OEM splitters other than the obvious carbon fiber vs PVC/ABS. And I looked pretty close as I was interested in seeing how the SS front brake cooling ducting was made which meant I got down on hands & knees in front of the car to look under the splitter. Having said that, I did *not* make a side-by-side comparison, just one from memory. I'd like to see a side-by-side, just for comparisons sake.
