CobraKaz
Well , after a week and a half of thinking about it , we finally installed the pulleys . To say it was a PITA is an understatement . Don't get me wrong here , taking off the blower pulley and re-installing the new one along with idler + installing the tune , only took 1 hour tops . Our biggest problem was getting the bolt through the square removal tool . That took damn near 2 hours . I would say it would be impossible for anyone to use this tool as it showed up . My friend who did most of the work is appox 300 lb and he could not get he bolt through the hole with a normal ratchet , in fact , we tried to get it through with an impact that stalls at 90 lb or torque and , even that would not do it . He finally use an electric impact with a 3/4" drive and rated at 320 lb of torque to get it through . We chased it back and forward for an hour before we could attemp to turn it by hand . After it was all done , i loaded the tune and took the car for a test run . OMG !!! Boost went up to 12 psi before i even knew what hit . The scream that comes from this set up is, in my opinion , what it should be like from the factory . I'm gonna have to try and get it on a dyno . The sheer low end torque is simply amazing . Well worth the time and money even though that removal bolt was garbage .
SmellSoGood
Nice project, but can you provide product details? For example, pulley brand, size, what removal tool and from whom, and the tune (from who, octane, etc)? I think in PITA excitement on the install, you missed some detail. Thanks! Thanks! 2.6 pulley is from Lethal , idler from Metco , tune is 91 octane from John Lund . Carbon Fiber intake and air filter from JLT , TR 6 plugs frm NGK removal tool from VMP. Like i said , alls good now but there is no way ANYONE could have removed the stock pulley with that puller the way it was delivered . Just came back from a quick " shake down run " Car hit 13.5 psi of boost in 3rd gear , way too many cops around to try again .

CobraKaz
Would love to see the power numbers after this mod. Congrats and enjoy!!! On the Lethal site , they state around 520 rwhp for 91 octane . I haven't had it on the dyno yet but . If all i gained was40 hp it is still worth it. Will post #. s later

Got the same thing from vmp and was done in 45 minutes, sounds like you cross threaded the bolts.
