Purchase a set of take off's from one of the Super Snake owners, it will come complete including the brake lines. $550-$650

The installation is simple and straight forward- lefty loosy / righty tighty :)

Removal-

Disconnect rubber brake line at the hard line, unbolt the two caliper bolts, remove caliper, then remove rotor and dust shield..

Installation-

Install dust shield and rotor, bolt on caliper, torque caliper bolts to factory specs, install brake lines, bleed passanger side brake starting with inside bleeder first, then outside. Do the same for driverside... take for test drive and enjoy!!!

I do not have the part number, but the Goodridge brake lines are not required. They are a nice to have, especially if you are going to the track. I bought a set of Brembos from one of the members here. He reused the dust shields, so I ordered new ones from the dealer. They were about $20 each. I reused the GT500 Brembo calipers, rotors, brake pads (front and rear), and brake lines. One note on the pads, they make a LOT more dust than the stock GT pads.

I received a tip from our TS Member Alex and followed hie advise, go get some CMAXX Gold brake pads from autozone, very little dust and they grab hard, Also lifetime warranty on the pads, so best of both worlds, Anymore questions I would PM Alex, he knows his stuff

Just did this upgrade the other day/night and it was very straight forward. I had already upgraded to the braided lines. Have not been able to drive the car yet with the big brakes since my new wheels are not here yet so the car is on jack stands in the garage. I should be rolling again by wednesday.

Goodridge part #12364 for 2005-2009 Mustang W/ABS Shop around, I found them for around $170.00 shipped to my door and they are well worth their weight in gold when it comes to peace of mind and extra stopping power...

I called and checked on these pads and I have a hard time believing they would work for the track. the cost is $35 for the front set. Replacement Brembo's are over $200 from Ford. Even the ceramic pads were only $50. Has anyone used these on the track?

Thanks, Jon
