KR Shifter Ball

What size threads are on the KR stock white shifter ball. I thought they were 12mm x 1.25 so I ordered that size from the Shelby Store. The one with the blue Shelby lettering on both sides of the white cue ball. Received the item and the Shelby shifter ball threads are to big. I'll have to send it back. Does anyone make a nice shifter 6 speed ball that fits the stock KR shifter handle? Thanks for any response.

I used the 2010 Shelby ball on my KR's FR handle. I had to have that knob with the black stripes! However the FR knob has 3/8'' x 16 TPI and the 2010 knob had metric threads. I simply retapped the knob with a thread forming die and was done.

The shifter ball adapter that GT500-07 mentioned should work for the Shelby 6 speed ball if the adapter is made to fit 3/8 x 16mm threads.
