Any KRs left out there?

Thinking about trading in my 09 GT500 for a KR, if there are any available. Anyone know of any on dealer lots still? I'd prefer black. Also, I live in Texas, most likely wouldn't mind traveling.

Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood, CA still shows 2 silver '09 KRs in inventory.

Simi Valley Ford lists a new '08, but don't know what color. I remember seeing a black one there a few months back.

Galpin Ford shows a silver '09 in inventory.

Star Ford in Glendale lists a silver '09 in inventory.

Still plenty out there, but silver will be the most readily available.

08 KR's are getting harder to find for alot of reasons. First they are selling off especially blue and Red. There are still some black and silver KR's available since they were the most abundant made .. color wise. Another reason is that Fords locater system a few mths back dropped of all 08 models. Except for the invoices I have printed prior to that you no longer and do searches for a 2008 model. Just 09,10 and 11's.

There is only 1 2008 vista blue available and a handful of 08 redKR's. Most of the dealers I have talked to still want 59K or higher which isnt good enough of a price for my buyers. The last 08 red KR I sold to a gentleman in Ga was for $52000 +++.

There are still plenty of 09's out there but the final pay on 09's were only $7500 compared to the 08 KR's that had $10000. Again the most predominant color choice is silver than black. I just sold a 09 black KR for $55600 +++.

These cars are out there but most forum members are going to get $59000 to $65000 as a price. Though I get alot of dealers who hand up on me or say no thankyou ... I am getting prices in the low to mid $50 k range.

I think Ford needs to pump out a limited run of 2011 KR's w/ that new aluminum 5.4. That would be awesome. I'm sure that current KR owners would have a fit though (as I would if they made more Shelby GT's)!!!

Yeah, if they went ahead and did that, it would not bode well with KR owners. If they end up doing a "75th Anniversary" KR 35 yrs from now, I don't think previous KR owners would mind.

If that was to happen just throw the Shelby name into another money making scheme. It was an anniversary run and thats all it should be.
