Thanks Richard! Quick question for you...Was it easier to affix the grille with the brake duct/driving light set-up at the same time or did you still need to use rivets? Quick question for you...Was it easier to affix the grille with the brake duct/driving light set-up at the same time or did you still need to use rivets? ,,its easier if you use the brake ducts bezel hardware to hold the lower grille in place,,you will have to cut alittle off each side of the grille if you have the brake bezels installed,,the aluminum grille is thin ,so you will be able to cut it with sheet metal cutters,,about $12.00 dollars a pair,,you will also need to drill two holes on each side ,using the brake bezel holes as a gide ,,get some small washers also,,if you need more help or info ,,I"m here. cobrakalas427
Thanks Richard...I just tried to order the brake ducts and BINGO...OUT OF STOCK...I think I'll wait to install the grille until I can do both at the same time. Ok, so I get 2 e-mails TODAY that the Brake duct bezels and 1 piece driveshafts are back IN STOCK again...the day AFTER the 15% sale ends. Now, I am NOT trying to be a PITA here, but why does this seem to happen constantly on the medium to higher priced items? It seems to be extremely coincidental...I have received everything that I have ordered without problems in a very timely manner previously AND I am very happy with the quality of those items BUT, I wish SA/Shelby Store would realize that their customers would like to be appreciated when they attempt to make purchases on items they want but are unable to when the item is OUT OF STOCK. Dumb request for Robert or Sharon or anyone else who cares...How about granting discounts to paying TEAM SHELBY MEMBERS based on how much their purchase amount is for a specific order? Customer spends $50 - $100 = 2.5% discount...$100 - $150 = 5% discount...and so on...

jmn444
noooooo, oddly, it will likely get babied more than the SGT does! kinda by default, it will never have a top or doors installed, just a safari top in case I get caught in some rain.... no heater installed.... just a toy to play with

jmn444
not sure what gumbos are... assuming tires, they are super swamper ssr's... I got deeper than expected in the rebuild of it, so it likely will only see pavement despite it's looks... the down side, is the tires are soft compound and probably good for 20k miles max on pavement the $/mile ratio is NOT good on them, but can't beat the look! Yeah, "Gumbo" tires, as in "Gumbo Monster Mudders"...I don't know if they still make them anymore...they were pretty popular in the off-roading days in the late '70's & '80's...oops...I'm showing my age...
