Son of GT
No, because they only made 500 of them. Of the 500, the rarest will be the handful of 5-speed cars that were made.

How does the price of a gt350h compare to a gt350 nowadays. I would think the comparison wouldhold true.
Son of GT
How does the price of a gt350h compare to a gt350 nowadays. I would think the comparison wouldhold true. Almost even. The limited production of the 350H balances out the fact that most of them were automatics, vs. all 4-speeds for the 350.
crispy23c
I think yes. It's already evident that the prices for the "H" have dropped from the initial price of >$80k to asking $59,995 on ebay- where prices for these cars is inflated to begin with. Historically, the original GT350 H's were looked down on by alot of members of SAAC (I remember, I was a member). Now they are around the same value as a regular GT350. So, I do not think that limited production alone sets the price for the car, I think value, comparative performance, and production all play a part in long-term pricing. 4 months from now, they should be pretty reasonable (relative to what they are asking now). Five Oh B
The dealership I work at was able to buy a GT-H at a Ford auction this week. Ford's minimum opening bid started well over $50K, with dealers bidding them up from there with sales ending thousands more than that. That means that dealers around here will have to sell them for at least $60K or so just to make any reasonable money on them. Looks like Hertz is the one who made the big money on these cars, considering that they bought them from Ford/Shelby new for much less and earned rental fees on them.
