Customer Service Follow Up

Just wanted to express my "thanks" to Robert who answered my email about a couple of orders I made over the past two weeks that had not been shipped and seemed stuck in "Processing". After having some of the same issues as others have mentioned, Robert (and then Kameron) took care of me within hours of my "Help!" email and got the key parts of my order out the same day (I needed the parts for my installer who is already scheduled).

 

I look forward to continuing my business with you guys and hope you get the issues resolved. Thanks again Robert (now I'm just patiently waiting on the 20 x 9 Alcoas to come in).

 

Can't wait to get back on the road after this Michigan winter (and sharing all the upgrade photos) happy%20feet.gif

I am glad someone is getting a response. My calls and e-mails to Robert Sharon and Tim have been unanswered. I must be on the S--t list. Oh well hopefully they get it worked out.
