Sandman50
This weekend at The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance they had a seminar called "The Three Greats". The three were Carroll Shelby, Don Garlits, and Richard Petty and it was hosted by Sam Posey. These guys kept the crowd of about 500 people in stiches with stories about their past racing experiences as well as many other great stories. Of course, Carroll Shelby was the best but Petty and Garlits were great as well. Afterwards they signed posters of the three of them and when I got to Mr Shelby, I told him I had a '07 GT500 and he immediatly tried to sell me a GT350 and wanted my phone number! He also gave me his personal business card! It was an experience that I will never forget. Anyhow, I gave him my number and am waiting on that call because those GT350's look pretty sweet!
