Very Nice!! :happy feet:

How detailed are the instructions?

Are you doing the install? What is the installation time? :headscratch:

The entire front fascia needs to come off?

EXCELLEN!!

the instuction are actually pretty good i got like 4 packets of install instruction some i think were a detailed write up someone already did. me an another friend are gonna do it. the hardest part will be taking off the Front bumper, that kinda sarces me, but everyone who has done it says its pretty easy. im sure its gonna take a full day to do cause were gonna take our time an do it right. an im sure will run into some small problem, it always does when you havent dont it before. ive pretty much done every install on my car other than the Gears an Subframes cause i dont have a welder.

Look up Van (Revan Racing) on this forum if you run into any problems. He is a great guy and also the one who developed these awesome parts. I was fortunate enough to get in on the original group purchase of these items and couldnt be happier. The freakin radiator is so efficient my heater only works at highway speeds! Good luck with the install and dont fret the bumper removal. It is a piece of cake

Bumper cover is easy to remove I have installed several intercoolers with fans I like to remove the 2 top brackets completely take all 3 nuts off then lift brackets up and out it makes sliding the bumper cover out from bottem of headlights alot easier 428cj

Looks good Alan, and you'll have no problems getting the bumper off. You will be surprised how easily it can be removed.

Just curious,I know some also install lower temperature thermostats when they do this upgrade. Are you changing your Thermostat or leaving it stock? Do you know what it"s stock temp setting is?.......Those are some "RAD" Rad's ....You won't have to worry about "Overheat :rant2: timing retardation, horsepower reduction issues now......Those Rads are in my future after the k+R mufflers........

thanks for everyones input it makes me feel much better about taking off the bumper. im gonna get started on it tonight, ill try an take some pics, i do a little each day an hope to be done thurs night with everything. also for right now i plan to keep the stock Tstat, im not sure what temp its set for, but my guess would be 185, i know my 03 cobra Tstat was 185 stock. i know if i run into any problems ill be on here asking questions an ill look for Van too.

Stock T-Stat is 195 I believe. The 170* Reische Performance thermostat is what most people go with.

thanks for the right info, also after all said an done do you just add the coolant in the in the over flow to fill the radiator? and also how do you bleed the air out of the system on these cars.

thanks

Looks good man. That bumper comes off easy, huh.

1) To fill the radiator just fill the bottle in between the fill marks.

2) Start the car and turn the heater to the hottest setting. Make sure it's blowing out of the vents on full power.

3) After the engine is allowed to warm up, make sure hot air is coming out of the vents. Also, the upper radiator hose should be hot to the touch. If it's not, turn the car off, let it cool, and add fluid. I used about 80% distilled H2O, 20% anti-freeze, and some water wetter.

Just take your time on the wiring. I soldered all of mine for peace of mind. Take your time routing the wire and you won't even be able to tell it's there. Keep the pics coming.

The stock TSTAT is 192 degrees. Yes, you fill the radiator via the overflow reservoir however to truly "burp" the system you need to get the engine fluid temperature to 192 degrees for the TSTAT to open which will then begin to flow fluid through the radiator and circulate the air that is in the system. All the more reason to get a new TSTAT while you are in there doing the work. To burp a lot of the radiators I install I actually remove the TSTAT all together for the install, complete the install, fill with water and/or anti-freeze until the system "burps" all of the air out of the reservoir and fill to the desired fill level then let it sit overnight if possible and then observe the cold range in the morning. If all is good with the fill range then siphon the engine coolant reservoir empty into a one gallon jug. Open the TSTAT housing and re-install the TSTAT. I've found this to be a very effective and efficient means of filling the radiator and getting the air out of the system.

The heat exchanger is actually pretty simple. If you use the Intercooler ECU Bypass jumper wire you can actually trigger the electric water pump to come on and start circulating fluid. Sometimes you simply need to prime the water pump by squeezing the hose from the intercooler reservoir to the water pump.

yes you were right about the bumper much easier than i thought. now lets hope it goes back on just as easy. thanks for the info. so far so good. i will be continuing the project tomorrow i was to tired after work today to do any work on it tonight. an i will keep the pics comming as i go.

also i have the wires prefab up. i plan to make it look just like there all factory wires, also im not taping into any factory wires, im gonna run all the wires other than the grounds to the fuse box. i will try an take pics of the wiring when i hook it all up.

thanks for that great info Van, also how to you use the ECU bypass jumper wire to get the pump running? do you have a diagram?

thanks
