Shelby American Email received that asks for Username and Password

Did anyone else get an email from Shelby American about the new 2011 GT350, but when you open the email it asks for a Username and Password? I'm trying to figure out if this is a hack of some sort or a real email. Can one of the Shelby Staff take a look at this and let me know if it is safe. Also, why would you send an email that asks me to input a Username and Password? Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

I got it too... Locked up my mail client and Firefox for a while, then I had to force quit everything... What gives? It asks for your TeamShelby credentials, and doesn't accept anything you type. I'm going to change my password ASAP, think we've been hacked!

Nothing here yet. I love my MAC.

Uh, I got it too and had the same problem with entering the password, and I have a Mac and use Mail. It wouldn't accept anything I typed so I tried opening it in Mail on my iPhone. On the phone I was able to click through to the site but immediately got a log-in screen.

Don't be too smug there fellow Mac user, we have problems too, just not as many.

It asks for your user name and password for every image, the images must be on the password protected part of the server. I took my email off their list, I don't want to have to deal with such amateur foolishness. :slapfight:

My guess is, it is one of two things:

<01> someone did a Hack and Spamed it

<02> If it was sent by SAI, who ever sent it out, may have put a symble (or Key Stroke) in the wrong place.

In either case, it is NOT amateur foolishness, it is just Spam or a simple mistake.
