People just like to complain

While some did whine a lot, I agree with there general stance. The amount of money SAI charges to SS a car is just stupid. Sure they should be paid for their work and yes, maybe even a little more than you average shop, but there prices are thru the roof. A shop like EVO would be laughed at for trying to charge what SAI does for the same parts installation.

Hmmmmmmmm............ it's funny how they all claim that it will be over priced.......... A Saleen and Roush costs more, even with the ADM's on the Shelby's. If the Dealers don't add an ADM to the new G.T. 350's then it should be cheaper then the Roush & Saleens.

I agree...........I think that as far as $$$ is concerned Shelby has the best bang for the buck! Plus it has the heritage. Which to me means more than anything!!!!

No matter what someone will agree or disagree. Love it or Hate it. :slapfight: We all have our favorite car we own or want to have. SAI, Ford and others, carry signicificant overhead, marketing costs, research costs and other expenses to bring us the toys. For me it is the legacy. Always will be. Others maybe something else.

Being an avid racer, Known Fact: He who has the most money usually has the most horsepower. Getting it down the track is another story. :shift:

Love it, drive it, who cares what anyone or everyone else thinks. It's mine!!!

Youre right! Just a bunch of whiners who are bashing something that they will never be able to afford anyway!

Thats the spirit ignore their opinions because they don't like it or have a diferent view of it and it must be because they can't afford it. Or it could be they are the people SA might want to try to listen to alittle more so they can make cars that have a broader appeal and increase the gotta have it factor to a younger crowd of folks which in turn may allow SA to prosper in the mustang hobby for a long time after diehard fans are gone.

First of all, we have listened, and when we built this it was with vintage experts and new car owners involvement. It is a prototype, There will be some changes, I have already posted some, but not everyone will like it and it will be like when the GT came out everyone trashed it and those who own one love it. We will do our best to look at the ideas and change what we can that meets our brand. The rest is up to the buyer

I don't understand why some Mustang fans are like this. It's like a 5 page cry fest about not getting exactly what they want.

I think it comes down to priorities. Mine is with the Shelby!

I disagree with that, I'm not a huge fan of the new GT350, but to say I'm a Shelby fanatic is an understatement. Just because I love Shelby doesn't mean I love everything they ever make or touch.

Some of the things that I hope change on the production model are the rear end. I honestly think the back would look amazing if a couple things changed.

Move the exhaust to either side exit like the original or keep it as one on each side, not two out the middle.

Put the Shelby lettering on the top of the trunk lid not halfway up the back

Get rid of the round backup lights

Stripes the full length of the car

The only other major thing I would change is get rid of the GT350 in the stripes on the hood.

It has grown on me since it first came out, I'm just hoping to see some big changes.

If you take a snap-shot of the big three today, i think you can see that Ford (with the help of Shelby Automobiles) is by far and away in the lead with regards to leading us back into the good old days of muscle cars and performance vehicles. I am proud to be an owner of my GT 500 and look forward to many new and exciting products from Ford and Shelby.

SLC

PS

I like the GT 350. I also bet that I will like it even more when I see it in person.
