Mirror Covers

Installed Mirror covers on our GT/CS today. The fit and finish was great and the cost was only $75.00.

I have also ordered a GO pair for our GT500. If anyone is interested, I bought them from www.midwestautogear.com

Install takes 5 minutes with the double back 3m tape that is provided.

I put my black ones on last week and they really make a difference!

If you like the whole mirror covered, you can get them from Hubcaps Plus for $145

Hey 07, my covers came in from Hubcaps Plus but one had a big ding. I've sent them back waiting for my new ones, but they had a film on them from the packing tape. What did you do to clean them up or were yours ok?

Mine were ok. Seems like they sent mine wrapped in a sort of styrofoam sheeting. They were well wrapped in whatever it was. Luckily they didn't have any dings. Hopefully the louvers from them will be ding free when they get here also. Don't tell Grabber I mentioned "louvers" in his thread though, as I do not have permission. :-)

They didn't have tape or packing residue that looked like streaks?

The postman just delivered my Grabber Orange mirror covers. When I opened the box and unwrapped them, I was pleasantly surprised by the GO color and finish. It sent chills up my back to be holding something GO. I joke you not....I think there is something wrong with me.

Yes, I just got back from two car hangouts, one with MM. Actually talked to a Z06 owner :hysterical: They only have 505 HP at the motor.....but weigh 800 LBS. less. Learned of a road course not too far away, 4 mile track. :happy feet:

That sounds like fun. My Dad came over today to visit. His New Harley is in my Shop, I showed him how to change the oil and filter. He has 500 miles on it but it is 10 months old. He has been sick on and off so he has not been riding it much as you can see. The oil is old so I changed it for him.

My GO Mirror covers came today and gave me a spike of PSDS. :baby:

Yes that is what I meant, I must have been behind the car when I was thinking about writing my message :finger:

Here's a picture of mine, raw power, I had them sent to me unpainted. I was scared they would get scratched in transit. They fit perfectly and I know what you're asking but my picture was coming out too dark, when you are sitting in the car and you look at the mirror, the ridge of the cap and the mirror ridge fit tightly together. I believe 07 GT500 has a pic posted, you can also go online at hubcapsplus.com , they are based out of Chicago. Good Luck
