Question for anyone that installed the Kicker System????????

I am hoping someone can help, I plan to have the Kicker system installed soon and want to know what others did with their trunk carpet??? I currently have the Shaker 1000 and it is cut to short for the Kicker, in my opinion it should have come with this. I also have the Shelby Trunk Mat that will not cover the right area. I am not sure if I should order a whole new trunk carpet or just the shelby trunk mat for a car with-out the Shaker 1000.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
