Rachane
I am looking into the purchase of a 2010 coupé, and as I recall it has a short black antenna on the right rear fender. I may have to store this car outside for awhile, using a good quality outside car-cover. Don't want to poke a hole through the cover, thus letting in at least some possible rain, if I can avoid it, so I am wondering whether that antenna is easily removable/unscrewable? I wouldn't want to do any major dismantling. Thanks for any comments/advice. Michael

MichaelP
Yes, it can be removed... just unscrews. M.
cbr1000
Like MichaelP said, it unscrews off in seconds. I personally run without the antenna all the time...
