springer
It might be the fastest in Texas, but then you have Gearheads (Arlington, Tx) that created a twin turbocharged 2007 GT 500 that is also putting out around 1000 HP. I believe I saw a thread on it here a while back. From what I've heard, Gearheads is very well respected in the Mustang community around the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. These two cars would make an interesting challenge!
thewheelman
I don't believe him for one minute........now, if it was Alloy Metallic, I would tend to agree!

Dubstang
Good luck getting that power to the ground. Looks like the previous owner simply lowered the car.
rodrigotxnurse
yep. And I have a '76 pinto wagon that has 2500RWHP and gets 45mpg on liquified cow S*#t! Give me a break. The car would not stand that much power and torque without flexing the entire chassis and causing body damage, not to mention getting that kind of power to the ground on those tires. If it is true, what a waste of money. As we all know, big HP #s don't mean squat if you can't hook up. Just look at the vipers and vettes. Less HP, but better numbers than most street stangs. I know, my Shelby makes 692 at the wheels, but has a hard time keeping from spinning, even with the nittos and antiwheel hop kit, TCS, etc. etc.
