66DNA
It looks as though I may have struck a deal whereby I'll be trading my 2008 ROUSH "BlackJack" convertible and my 1968 Fastback for a 2010 Shelby GT500 convertible. To this, does anyone have information pertianing to existing or future mods, i.e. SuperSnake for 2010 models? Thanks!

I just found out a bit more info by visiting www.shelbyautos.com ! I'll be curious if they'll do an "Special Edition" rather than the full-blown SS? appreciate the note! RogerS
There will be no "Special Edition" for 2010. Roger
GAFSoldier
There will be no "Special Edition" for 2010. Roger The 2010 is already a "Special Edition" with the engine from the 07-09 and the body kit from the 2011 GT500 and if you ask Ford then it's also a limited editon. The 07 guys have the Super Snake, the 40th Years Editon and the 427 package, the 08-09 guys the SS, the SE and the 427 package and the 2010 will have only the Super Snake option. So it looks like if you want to have a 2010 Special Shelby you need to have many money for the SS upgrade because if you look at the aftermarket or at SPP there is still not many thinks for the 2010. Sometimes I think what I was thinking when I had sell my 08' and had get a 2010 because then I had more then 1 (expensive) option to upgrade my car!! Thanks! I'm *so* close to gettting mine Snaked. Either that or I'm gonna do pretty much everything the SS has on my own. Just not sure if I'd go with the 660HP or the 750HP version. Anyone know of a 2010 SS owner yet? I'd like to talk to him/her. Phill Pollard 2010 Kona Blue/White GT500
66DNA
Not the fastback..........looks gorgeous in your sig! It was a gorgeous car! I chose to consolidate and simultaneously eliminate a car loan! Nice feeling to own a Shelby GT500 vert knowing it is paid off! Guess I have to now start saving for an SS upgrade? LOL thanks for the nice comment. the '68 will be missed.
